Lee Dear is the founder of MrDearShotMe LLC, a multimedia and visual communication company based in Portsmouth, Virginia. With over 14 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Dear has produced marketing materials including commercials, television and radio advertisements, internet content, photography, and print materials. Before starting his own business, he co-owned and operated D&G Enterprise, a production company in Atlanta, Georgia.

While serving in the U.S. Army, Mr. Dear deployed to Iraq for 12 months and produced short videos showcasing the lives and daily operations of the soldiers he worked with.
